How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below depending on what type of phone you have.

Apple:
1. On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
2. Click "Apple ID"
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select the EllieGrid App
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
5. Follow the instructions.


Android:
1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu. Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
