Solid Red Light Error
If there is a solid red light on the top left corner of your Ellie, this means there is an issue with the auto-connect feature.
You need to restart your pill box. You can do so by following the instructions below.
- You can restart Ellie by inserting a small point (like a paper clip) into the left-most speaker hole located on the right side of the charging port.
- You will know you restarted the Ellie’s if a red light starts flashing. You should then be able to connect via Bluetooth in the app. On the top right side, you will see the “” (Bluetooth). Press that. This will stop the red flashing light and sync the app with Ellie.
- Before connecting, turn off the auto-connect feature at the bottom of the scan page. After turning off auto-connect, you will no longer experience the solid red light and you should be able to connect and stay connected.
