Solid Red Light Error
If there is a solid red light on the top left corner of your Ellie, this means there is an issue with the auto-connect feature.
You need to restart your pill box. You can do so by following the instructions below.
- You can restart Ellie by inserting a small point (like a paper clip) into the left-most speaker hole located on the right side of the charging port.
- You will know you restarted the Ellie’s if a red light starts flashing. You should then be able to connect via Bluetooth in the app. On the top right side, you will see the “
” (Bluetooth). Press that. This will stop the red flashing light and sync the app with Ellie.
- Before connecting, turn off the auto-connect feature at the bottom of the scan page. After turning off auto-connect, you will no longer experience the solid red light and you should be able to connect and stay connected.
