If a red light flashes on your Ellie, this is indicating an error. This means that the time on the pillbox is not correct.
ANY ALARMS THAT WERE PROGRAMMED WILL NOT GO OFF ON THE ELLIE IF THE PILLBOX IS IN THIS STATE.
In order to correct this issue, connect to your Ellie Smart Pill Box with your Ellie mobile app via Bluetooth. You can do so by following the instructions below.
- Open your mobile app.
- Click the Bluetooth icon (
) on the top right corner of the main page.
- Select your Ellie when it appears in the scan, like the example below.
If the connection was successful, the red light will stop flashing. If the flashing continues, please email support@elliegrid.com
