If a red light flashes on your pillbox, this is indicating an error. This means that the time on the pillbox is not correct. ANY ALARMS THAT WERE PROGRAMMED WILL NOT GO OFF ON THE PILLBOX IF THE PILLBOX IS IN THIS STATE. In order to correct this issue, connect to your Ellie pillbox with your Ellie mobile app via Bluetooth.
1. Open your EllieGrid mobile app
2. Click the Bluetooth icon on the top right corner of the main page.
3. Select your Ellie Smart Pill Box when it appears in the scan.
If the connection was successful, the red light will stop flashing. If the flashing continues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
